Santo Antonio Mill is established at Barão de Jaraguá Street 195, Jaraguá neighborhood, CEP 57022- 140 Maceió, AL, and is a company registered under number 12.718.011/0001-90. We act as a controller when processing your personal data.
This policy is intended for our company’s customers as well as the general public who contact and interact with our customer service representatives, systems, portals, blogs and social networks.

Consequences of not providing your data

However, since this information is necessary for us to provide the quote on the products and services you have selected, bill and deliver them, as well as respond to your contact messages, we will not be able to offer some/all of our services without your data.
As noted in the “How We Use Your Personal Data” section of this Notice, we occasionally handle your personal data on the legal basis of legitimate interest. In this case, we conduct a thorough assessment of these legitimate interests through appropriate procedure and documentation (Legitimate Interests Assessment – LIA) to ensure that we meet your expectations, always based on proportionate and appropriate treatment of your data.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your personal data only as long as it is necessary for our purposes, and have strict review and retention policies in place to fulfill these obligations. We are required by Brazilian tax law to keep your personal data used in invoices for a minimum of 5 years, after which time your data will be deleted.
For direct marketing and technical support history, we will keep this data for a period of ten years, or until you exercise your right to object and/or withdraw your consent.
Finally, browsing data will be kept in compliance with the deadlines provided for in the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014), as well as any specific legislation.
